Blaziel	Posted - Tue, 24 April 2007 @ 02:24 Have you both forgotten how mods work with Quake?! This is what you do: Unzip the file (pak0.pak) into a new folder in your Quake directory. Seeing as mission pack one is called Scourge of Armagon, call the new folder soa or something. Now, in the new folder, create a batch file using notepad. In this file put these lines cd.. Winquake -game soa Put winquake if you're using winquake, quake if you're running normal quake or GLquake if you're using that. Run the batch file and go! If you're not sure how to make a batch file, just open notepad, add the 2 lines I just mentioned, then when you go to save it, select all files and add .bat at the end of the file name. The other option is to add that to the -game xxx command to the command line in the shortcut properties if you have a quake shortcut set up.
Zeon566	Posted - Thu, 26 April 2007 @ 07:14 I HAVE THE QUAKE CD PACK THAT COMES WITH THE THREE GAMES IT EVEN HAS GL QUAKE ON IT BUT I HAVE NOT GOT A CHANCE TO GO BACK AND PLAY THAT GAME BECAUSE OF FINALS FOR MY COLLEGE WHICH I WAS UPSET BECAUSE ONE OF THE CLASSES I TOOK I HAVE TO TAKE IT AGAIN AND I MEAN I STUDIED FOR THE EXAM INCLUDING ALL MY OTHER ONES AND THE PARTICULAR ONE I DID NOT PASS WAS PHYSICAL ANTHROPOLOGY.

Otherwise it won't work. 2- Copy the file pak0.pak to C:\Quake\hipnotic 3- Create a shortcut or a batch file. It should say: C:\Quake\quake.exe -game hipnotic Hope it helps. Mustafa39345.4610300926
